The Production Concept – in this concept, the firm assumes that consumers are primarily interested in product availability and low prices and therefore the firm will want to produce widely cheap products in maximum volumes to maximize profitability and scale to first make Lager widely known.

The Product Concept- Namibian Breweries should focus on product quality since the potential customers favor products that offer quality, performance, or innovative features, and therefore a high-quality beer in Lager will boost its realization in the market.

The selling concept and the marketing concept where the firm seeks to beat the competitor through intensive advertising and selling of the product while showing off the good qualities while disregarding the competitors’ strong points. It should further engage in societal marketing to get full acceptability and recognition as well as support in society.  The concept believes in giving back to society by producing better products that help the world be a better place.

The firm should also organize prelaunch give-aways, increase its organic visibility, create shareable content, take a chance with remarketing, create a recommendation system for the Lager beer, optimize its website speed, establish relationships with influencers to make the beer more known, and take care of its customer service. It can also bear the cost of transport to the wholesalers to promote them.
